MM2H Agent and Sponsor in Malaysia

Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. Received the first license in 2006 of a MM2H Visa Sponsor from the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism. We are proud to be the first licensee of this program with the license number MM2H/001. Since 2002, we have been helping foreigners with long-term visa, even before the licensing requirements were implemented.

If you refer to an old file, the first file issued by the Ministry of Tourism showing the list of licensed MM2H agents, we are of course at the first position with a comment "International Official Agent".

In the list of 132 companies that were initially licensed by the Ministry, many of them are not operating now. Since 2004, we are into it and currently more applications are taking place. Many companies have different alternate businesses and MM2H is just one of the many businesses they are operating.

But at Alter Domus, we do nothing but MM2H only. Our services only include MM2H visa application, visa cancellation, renewal, relocation assistance, home management and property search. Our targeted market segment includes "western developed countries" like North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand as these countries account for more than 80% of our business. According to the statistics published by the MM2H Center, we hold a large market share for our targeted market segment. Though we were surprised in the initial stage, later realized that this is due to our client profile.

Latest update from Ministry of Tourism (MOT). MOT rarely updates of performance of agents. As for August 2016, we are the third largest MM2H sponsor in Malaysia.

The top two sponsors are doing mainly the Chinese, Bangladeshi and other non-English speaking countries. One of them have a website but it is only in Chinese. The other does not even have a website. In reality experience counts and that’s why it’s important to select one with experience in handling the application procedure.

Our company focuses only on Western developed countries like Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and Singapore. We are not a real estate agency, developer, tour and travels agency, legal firms or any other types of business. Alter Domus focuses on Malaysia My Second Home only. We never push our clients to buy properties, cars, insurance or any other services except MM2H.
